2: How to hit the power button | Sharing the Good News

The gospel is called the good news, and our mission is to be a witness of what Jesus has done in our lives to those who don't know Him. But to be an effective witness, we need to be people of prayer. The task of sharing the Good News is too important to leave to our mere human abilities and efforts. We need God to be at work in a supernatural way. And that's why it's important to know where we get the power to be a witness. As we read the Gospels and Acts, time and time again we see how important prayer was to Jesus and to the early church. In fact, the early church's reliance on prayer was the power button that made their witness so effective. The good news is that same power is available to us today. In the message we are going to discover what prayer does for us when we share the Good News and how we can have a supernatural power each time we share it.
