Nothing exists or happens without God's knowledge and permission. He sustains creation and when He wants to overrule it and do a miracle, He overrules it. It's His prerogative. God is in perfect control of everything He has created all the time. He is above and beyond and outside all of thecontingencies that go on in the created universe. What all this points to is the sovereignty of God. God's sovereignty means He is the supreme ruler above all other authorities. It means that God is in control of all things. And as incredible as that all sounds, what does that mean to our lives today?

In the message we are going to look at three practical ways this applies to our life as we discover how the fact that God is in control impact's our plans, our problems, and our prayers.
